Growing Women's Fitness Classes in Schools

PE Teacher Molly Collins  presents a webinar on her Women’s Fitness class. Molly formed this class when she noticed girls sitting out of classes and not signing up for electives like strength and conditioning.
 
In this webinar, Molly will break down the Women’s Fitness class units, showcase example lesson plans, and highlight student success stories.

About THe presenter

Meet Molly Collins! 

Molly is a physical education and weight training instructor at Pennfield High School in Michigan. 

She has her USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification, Crossfit Level 1, and is a certified personal trainer. 

She also has her masters n Applied Exercise Sciences.
